Facility Rental Regulations 

The Korean Cultural Centre in South Africa rents out facilities for events that introduce Korean culture and art, and performances and activities in South Africa to promote more active cultural exchanges between Korea and South Africa.

Qualification for Use

• -Organisations and institutions that want to hold events (performances, exhibitions, film screenings, lectures, seminars, activities, and gatherings etc.) for the purpose of introducing and disseminating Korean arts and culture / Hallyu

Restriction on Use

• -Events for the purpose of disseminating politics, specific ideology, and religion

• -Events that do not fit the purpose of the establishment of the Korean Cultural Centre in South Africa

• -Events for personal activities and profit

Facilities for Use

• -Lecture rooms, Auditorium, K-POP & Taekwondo Studio, Cafeterias etc.

Hours of Use

• -The basic rental is for 2 hours per day, but it can be adjusted depending on the event.

Other Requirements

• -Application for rental must be made one month prior to the date of request.

• -If the regulations of use are not observed, you may be at a disadvantage when using or renting the facility in the future.
