KOREAN FAN DANCE 'Buchaechum'

Buchaechum, or Korean fan dance, is a graceful and visually stunning traditional dance performed with large, colorful fans. Dancers in vibrant hanbok use delicate, synchronized movements to create flowing patterns that resemble flowers, waves, or butterflies. Rooted in Korea’s shamanistic and court dance traditions, Buchaechum has become one of the most iconic expressions of Korean cultural artistry—celebrated for its elegance, harmony, and symbolic beauty on stages around the world.
