Fire on K-Noodle – Korean Ramyeon Cooking Competition
- Post Date10.03.2026

Get ready to turn up the heat with a creative twist on Korean noodles!
In this special K-Noodle Competition hosted by the King Sejong Institute at the Korean Cultural Centre, participants are invited to transform Korean ramyeon (instant noodles) into something uniquely their own. By adding garnishes and ingredients inspired by South African landscapes, culture, and flavours, students will create dishes that tell a story of connection between Korea and South Africa.
More than just cooking, this challenge is about creativity, presentation, and cultural imagination. We look forward to seeing how you bring your K-Noodle story to life!
This programme is open only to students enrolled in the KSI Beginner (Level 1A) course.
