1. Description
a. Project: Outsourced Consultant Service (Driver, Receptionist)
- In accordance with the attached Request for Proposal
b. Location: Korean Cultural Centre in South Africa (KCC)
- 267 Waterkloof Road, Brooklyn, Pretoria, RSA
c. Contract Term: 1 year (1 February 2025 – 31 January 2026)
d. Bid Amount: R352,800 (inclusive of VAT)
Overtime, severance pay, trip expenses, and any other additional charges will be paid separately upon request.
2. Qualifications
a. Businesses that have registered for the Korean Cultural Centre’s open bid following the procedures below and meet Article 12 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party.
b. Businesses not involved in any legal disputes related to Article 27 of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party and Article 76 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
c. Businesses holding an official and valid operating license in South Africa.
3. Bidding
a. Period: 9–16 December 2025, by 16:00
b. Registration: Hand delivery to the KCC office

- Company Credit Report (or Income Tax Return)
4. Bidding Deposit
The payment of bid security is exempted in accordance with Article 9 of the National Contract Act and Article 37 of its Enforcement Decree.
5. Process
a. Among companies submitting a bid equal to or greater than 88% of the estimated price, the company with the lowest bid price will be selected.
b. Result Notification: Individual email communication
c. Contract Signing: Within 7 days of the announcement of results
d. If the first selected bidder declines to sign the contract, the Korean Cultural Centre will select the second-ranked bidder.
6. Other Conditions
a. The Korean Cultural Centre is committed to transparency and fairness in all contracts.
b. Bidders must fully understand all bid requirements before submission; failure to do so is solely the responsibility of the bidder.
c. Bidders must ensure that all information submitted matches their registered corporate details (representative name, business name, etc.).
d. In cases of differing interpretations, the Korean Cultural Centre’s interpretation shall prevail.
