APPLICATION TIMELINE

  • Online applications open: 15 September 2025

  • Deadline for submission: 30 September 2025

  • First round results announced: 15 October 2025

IMPORTNAT NOTES

  • Apostille verification is not required at the initial online application stage.

  • Applicants who pass the first round must submit all apostilled documents by post to the Korean Cultural Centre no later than 22 October.

  • Missing this deadline will lead to disqualification. Applicants are therefore encouraged to begin preparing apostille documents well in advance.
