Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth testing experience.

Items to Bring:

  1. Original ID or Passport

    • Photocopies or invalid identification will not be accepted.

  2. Test Identification Slip

    • If you do not have one, you can print it from the TOPIK website (www.topik.go.kr > Non-member Print Test Identification Slip). This will be available from March 31 (Monday) at 10:00 AM to April 13 (Sunday) [Korea Standard Time].

    • If you do not know your registration number, please contact the Korean Cultural Centre SA at +27 12-001-9204.

Entry Time:

Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the test room. Please arrive on time.

  • TOPIK I: Entry allowed until 9:10 AM.

  • TOPIK II: Entry allowed until 12:20 PM.

Electronic Communication Devices:

  • The possession of any electronic communication devices (including smartphones, smartwatches, and calculators) is strictly prohibited in the test room and during breaks.

  • All devices must be turned off and submitted to the proctor before the test begins.

Parking Information:

  • Test takers with a valid ID or Test Identification Slip will be allowed to enter the premises and park their vehicles.

  • Non-test takers accompanying candidates may enter the premises and remain in the parking area but will not be allowed inside the building.
