1. Test date: 13 April 2024 (Saturday)

2. Registration Period

• 2024.01.22 - 2024.02.02 (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 12PM, 1PM - 3PM)

• TOPIK test is conducted at the Korean Cultural Centre once a year. There is no additional test in 2024.

※ The first 40 applications only for each test will be accepted.

※ Should applicants be fewer than 10 people for each test, the test will not take place.

3. Required documents for registration

• Application Form (attached)

• 2 ID photos (3cm x 4cm, Colour, blurry photo can be rejected, name on back)

• Registration Fee: R420 for TOPIK I, R480 for TOPIK II (Cash Only)

• Copy of a valid Passport or ID Card

* Name on the application form and the Passport/ID Card must be the same.

4. Application submission

• Venue: Reception at the Korean Cultural Centre in South Africa (Address: 267 Waterkloof Rd, Brooklyn, Pretoria, 0181, South Africa)

• Application can be submitted

  1) in person by applicants or their immediate family members only.

  2) through mail delivery to the Centre

    * If you want to mail your documents, it must be arrived at the Cultural Centre by the deadline date.

• Refund Policy: 100% will be refunded during the registration period. Thereafter there is no refund.

5. Test venue and information

• Test Venue: The Korean Cultural Centre in South Africa

• Applicants must enter the test room at least 30 minute before the Test and cannot enter thereafter.

• Applicants must carry his/her Passport or ID Card and TOPIK Identification Slip.

• Should the name on the “Identification document“ and the “TOPIK Identification Slip“ differ, applicants cannot take the test.

• Applicants must submit all the prohibited personal belongings (cellphone, camera, etc.) to the supervisor before entering the test room.
