Photo Exhibition | YOONSEUL: The Beauty That Appears When Two Worlds Meet by Hyoung-Sik Jin
- Post Date30.04.2026

YOONSEUL (윤슬), meaning “shimmering light dancing on the water's surface,” reflects moments that pass quickly yet leave a lasting impression. In this exhibition, Hyoung-Sik Jin presents a deeply personal visual journey shaped over the course of a year, moving between South Korea and South Africa.
Through his photographic works, the artist captures landscapes not as they are typically seen, but as they are felt. Light becomes more than illumination. It becomes memory, presence, and quiet resilience. Like reflections on water or traces left on the surface of a life marked by time, these images invite viewers to pause and reconsider what is often overlooked.
This exhibition is not merely about scenery. It is about perspective. It opens a space for dialogue between two distant yet unexpectedly connected lands, offering a meaningful opportunity for artistic exchange between Korea and South Africa.
