What stories, traditions, and values can be discovered through Korean food?
Continuing the K-Identity 2026 programme, Module 3 explores Korean food culture beyond the dishes themselves, examining the history, traditions, philosophy, and social values that have shaped the Korean table. Through a combination of self-paced online learning and an in-person session, participants will discover how food reflects everyday life, community, identity, and Korea's rich cultural heritage.
